The winner of the 2008 Portland Cocktail Competition was Eve’s At The Garden Restaurant in The Portland Harbor Hotel for The Apple Crisp Martini. 2^nd place was awarded to Una Bar And Lounge For The Stargazer Martini 3^rd place was awarded to Ri Ra Irish Pub For The Irish Aphrodite Martini Rock Fish
